Not parked wholly within bay

Hi all. Received a PCN from Premier Park LTD relating to my vehicle not being parked wholly within a bay. I have ignored this and the appeal process is over, leading to a letter from Debt Recovery Plus today.
You can see from the image that the parking is borderline and that it had no effect on any other vehicle in the car park, which is free for a long period of time anyway.
Could I ask for any thoughts and advice from members as to what my next steps should be, please?

Hello and welcome.
The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread explains exactly how to deal with debt collectors' letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.

Thank you, KeithP. I’ll have a look.0

The person who issued the PCN was clearly a chancer. That's not parked outside of a bay.
Just ignore DRPLUS and CST Law begging letters (same stable. All DRPLUS really).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thought the same. And apologies, I should have checked previous threads first. Plenty of good information out there for those who seek it. Thread upon thread can be very unhelpful I’m sure! I will wait to see if the PPC / landowner / creditor start legal action through an LBC or an MCOL.Coupon-mad said:The person who issued the PCN was clearly a chancer. FYI: The latest update on the case, any thoughts/advice from the forum? 0 -
This thread will help you...
DRP - is this the pre-legal paperwork?
Can I refer you back to the first reply you received on this thread?

You're just one step away from a similar letter from Abigale Wheeler. Be afraid, be very afraid. Well, no, just more DRP BS to ignore. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Oooh, we really need to come up with a series of questions to take the Mickey out of DRP!fisherjim said:They missed one out:Is this letter a pathetic insult to your intelligence? Yes

I'm sure I started one (I am very sarcastic when poked) just after this ridiculous letter first appeared on here, never find it now though.
