Applied for a Virgin M Plus account with no success. First the app took photo of driving licence but then said 'Ooops something went wrong'. Jesus wept.

So I submitted my ID documents to them. Even though I already have an account only opened in 2019.
And today they've got back to me saying the ID I've submitted (passport) doesn't match what they have on my records for date of birth.
The records from 2019. When I took THE SAME PASSPORT into one of their branches and they took a scan of it !!!
