    In that case, a PRV - around £30 - might be worth considering as well. Usually fitted right after the stopcock.
    It makes things more civilised, and reduces shock to the pipes when taps and toilet valves opened and shut off.

    Then good practice to fit a prv pressure reducing valve. You can get them so you can adjust the pressure. Will need to put a pressure gauge on one of the outlets temporarily to adjust the pressure.
