Trouble activating Lyca sim bundle?

Just purchased and received  the lyca sim with the 12gb £1.49 for 6 months.
I cannot activate the bundle. I’ve registered the sim but I don’t have a bundle. I haven’t received the confirmation email that has the pin code you dial to activate the £1.49 12gb bundle? Can anyone help!

    I found mine in the confirmation email which I received immediately I bought the sim.  The activation code is in a sort of table with a blue header in the column called  activation PIN code.  It took me ages to find it, I thought I would get an email when I registered the sim.

    Thank but I never received an email from lyca so don’t have an activation code?

    Check your spam folder in case it went there.

  • My email from the 25th July was missing until now.
    It was not in the Junk folder either.

    I'm on Virginmedia and get my emails direct onto my PC and don't use Virginmedia's web client.
    So, just by curiosity I logged into the web client this evening and lo and behold it was in the 'SPAM' folder, so I never got it on my email client.
    The email with the Activation PIN code (smart PIN) is generated the minute you buy the bundle.

    Ran the 8-digit pin tonight and was activated immediately.
    The title of the email was "Order Confirmation- Lycamobile SIM"
