@Frugalista - how about doing something like this recipe Grilled courgette, bean & cheese quesadilla recipe | BBC Good Food and maybe baking it in a pyrex dish or a cake tin rather than juggling in a pan.
My other brainwave is to use them to make this recipe starting from the second step Tear-and-share Garlic Bread Recipe | olivemagazine.
I've just thought of suggesting you use them to wrap some spicy skewers like a shawarma.

Most DIY problems can be solved by a combination of spanner, pliers, screwdriver, Allan key and a blade. (Hold it, twist it, cut it!) Very occasionally industrial language, a hammer and an adhesive may need to be added to the mix. (Curse it, hit it, patch it!)

Can anyone give me some ideas for fillings for calzone.  I got a pack of ready rolled pizza base reduced to pennies - but am not that keen on actual pizza!  Could I do something like the filling for samosas (we like spicy) or would that not work?  Thanks in advance.

Yes, of course, you could.  If you like, you could spread over a filling, e.g. ratatouille, roll it up Swiss-roll-style, squish the ends together and bake it as a savoury bread roll.  Allow it to rest/rise for half an hour before baking and bake for about an hour.  After all, pizza dough is just bread dough rolled flat.
