Councils make errors, we know, but this forum has no gripe against council parking ?
It is the private parking clowns who belong to both ATA's that must be culled

Supermarkets would be better to manage their own car parks. Why does everything have to be outsourced these days?
The most well managed private car park that I have used is one that is run by the landowner.
