Glad I found this thread as I had a similar question! Unfortunately can't get Virgin Media here.
Thinking between NOW TV and Vodafone for broadband only..

Same - no Virgin available here. Opted for NOW TV at £20/month for 12 months with £90 cashback through topcashback.co.uk.

    Install booked for 19th.

Turns out Vodafone not available either. So guess would just be NOW TV / Sky / BT / Plusnet..
So I've gone with the same offer as you (although mine said £22 a month). Not used these cashback sites so let's see if it works!

Got superfast broabdband (30mbps guaranteed) coming on 19th but had a look on NOW TV's website and it shows I can only get brilliant broadband (9.5mbps guaranteed). Went on uswitch and all showing much slower speeds.

Should I be worried or will I still be able to get superfast?

It probably means that all the slots are now taken for FTTC. In fact if you re-run the BT wholesale checker it should say if there's a waiting list in place. Nothing to be concerned about unless or until the ISP contacts you to say different.
