Does anyone know if the old post office router will work on shell energy with a new contract with them. Shell have sent me a new router for the new contract, but Royal Mail have delivered it to the wrong address, no idea where it is but the person has accepted it going by the photo the tracking shows. Does anyone know what will happen, can I get the parcel back? Shell haven't been very helpful and royal mail are restricted in opening hours.

It should work. However, I'd be wary that Shell will want their router back at the end of your contract and will charge you if you don't return it, so you need to perservere with Shell - it is their problem, they are Royal Mail's customer, not you.

Thanks, I spoke to royal mail and they were able to sorted the problem, turns out it was sent to the next town, similar address. Thankfully they were able to get it back. Thanks for letting me know they will expect me to send it back. Shell were not very helpful for the missing parcel.0
