Chase Banking app

OK can anyone tell me what success they've had in resolving this? I've got a Chase telephone banking account. They updated their app & now if you are apparently an EE customer you can't access your own bank account! All I can see are the rewards! Phoned them last night & was told it would be fixed within the hour- it's not been. So I phoned earlier today & now they are saying it will be resolved " as soon as possible"! Sent a messenger message via Facebook & no-one has deigned to reply yet. In the meantime I can't pay my invoices coming in...customer service rating from me is currently minus 100 stars. There's no message in the site updating affected customers either!
