Downgrade 02 sim contract tariff

Hi,

I am on a 2-year O2 contract sim - 150gb paying £21 a month.

I will like to know if its possible to downgrade my data tariff as my monthly data usage rarely exceed 30gb a month since I got the contract. I tried to the app and I can only upgrade to unlimited.

I figure I should ask on here if its possible before calling them.

The quick answer is no, but if you are able to argue a good case to O2 they might consider it.

It would be more likely if you were in (say) the latter half of your contract and were willing to sign up for less data but for another 24 months.

Look at the O2 threads on HotUKDeals think people are changing mid contract to take advantage of the great switch deals.

If you have VM you can get extras and discounts.
