I bought a pair of Slazenger golf shoes from Sports Direct in October last year. After less than 12 uses there is a split in the upper shoe, so I'd like to make a warranty claim. As it's beyond the Sports Direct returns period I am trying to contact Slazenger for their warranty, but I can only find details of the Slazenger online store.
Does anyone have any contact details for Slazenger's warranty department?

If you have a slazenger warranty then contact details are presumably in the document for the warranty

How old are the goods? The retailer is who you have your statutory rights with however after 6 months of ownership its up to you to prove the issue is a manufacturing one rather than something you've done or natural wear & tear

The shoes are 9 months old. There was no warranty document supplied with them. Having read a recent review on the Sports Direct website, it seems that I am not the only one to have experienced this problem with these shoes.

Why do you believe they came with a warranty, if there was no warranty policy?

Good question - it's possible that they didn't. In which case I would argue that they were not of satisfactory quality and not fit for purpose.

In the meantime I've contacted Sports Direct and sent them a photo of the shoe.
