Ryanair contradictory evidence

Hi I was on a flight from
paris to Manchester it was delayed 12- mins , at the gate Ryanair staff handed us a document stating it’s x amount if 3 hours delay or 50 percent if 2 hours delay . I’ve but the claim in but to no avail ? Is that the end of it ?

The two hours refers specifically to travelling on a rebooked flight (if the original was cancelled), but if your flight went ahead but arrived less than three hours late then no compensation is due, so no idea why they'd have been handing those out if that's what happened....

If reading just the highlighted green text then yes.   

If you read the whole text in that section then I don't feel it is misleading. Paragraph one and the first two bullet points is one scenario . Paragraph two and the next two bullet points another scenario. Or at least how I read it.

It might however be clearer if a line break was left between the two sections.

Just to clarify - your post says you were delayed by 12 minutes. Is that correct or have I read that wrong?
