Lyca Mobile Sim
Hi everyone, probably like a few of you I jumped at the chance to get the Lyca sim on the offer in the weekly email last week. I filled in the order form paid the £1.49, sim arrived, put it in my phone, filled out the PAC form, number changed today but I can't make any calls because it said that I have no credit. I was under the impression that the £1.49 I paid was my monthly amount for this month and then I would be billed 1.49 for the next 5 months and then it would go up to whatever it was supposed to go up to. What am I doing wrong?

Did you do part 3 as stated in the Sim package."Use our smart PIN systemDial *116*[your plan's PIN]# and your plan will connect instantly!"I'm in the same boat. The 8 digit pin is meant to be sent by email but i have no such email from them despite then sending them out again and again. So, basically I'm at an impasse as my phone has been useless over the last week because of this. All they will do is resend it each time I phone.1

You probably don't want to go sim-PACing again but that deal is now down to 1p/mth for 6 months.1
