Hi, can anyone tell me what constitutes a psychiatric illness where you would lose your driving licence?

Thanks. I had a bout of depression around Xmas time not as serious as the link describes, this is when the dr filled in my medical form. I was fine and back to work by Feb/March, would do you know if I have to wait 3 months to reapply is that from the date of this letter as I’m absolutely fine now. It has taken over a year for this renewal to come through.
