On the MSE article, it says you need to cancel by today (Sun 14th Aug) to get the old price. I don't understand why that is?
My renewal date is 13th October, so I'm planning on cancelling on 12th September (hopefully getting a month back) before signing up again before the 15th deadline. Can anyone help please?
That’s for monthly payers.
The article says this for yearly ones:
” For annual payers, to keep the current price for a year, before 15 September you need to contact Amazon's customer service team, ask them to 'end benefits immediately' and then sign up again. If not, your membership would run until the renewal date even if you cancelled, taking the new payment until after that date.]”
