Lebara
Nightmare don't go there!! I tried to move over to Lebara and it's been awful. Started the transfer last Thursday. I asked to transfer my old number. I have incoming calls going to my old sim and the caller is told the number is not available. Texts go to both sims. It's a mess. Customer service just fob me off. My payment was the only thing that happened quickly!!

I have the same problem. Inspired by MSE recommendation I contacted Lebara 20th July. For the past 3 weeks I have contacted them by phone or webchat to try and get my phone working. I keep getting fobbed off, the undertone being it is somehow my fault.I cannot make or receive calls or texts. I have spent hours trying to get this resolved. I have had the odd call come through on my old SIM, but the Lebara Sim gives incoming calls the message "This phone is switched off", outgoing calls "not recognised on this network". No texts at all,in or out other than Lebara telling me everything is set up, and advising me how to port my number, even though they confirmed to me by email that this had already been done.Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.Avoid.Meg.1
