Hutchison 3G Legal Address

Hi.

I basically need to contact the Legal Department at 3G as
a) their customer services never send written replies to letters
b) their CS have obtained money from me through deception
c) debt collectors are chasing non-existent debts on instructions from 3
d) more!!!

Their CS is no good, so I am planning to take legal action to recover amounts and get my accounts' balances cleared, and hence have written a letter giving them 14 working day (practically 3 weeks at this time of year) to settle the matter.

BUT I DON'T HAVE THE ADDRESS FOR THEIR LEGAL DEPARTMENT!
Can anyone help?

I know the above is a very short description, and you may think legal action is not necessary, but the above is a summary of correspondence and things that go back over 12 months!!!

    sounds similar to what I went through...all while I was £24 in credit on my account that was still active & still in contract with a £0.00 minimum spend a month

    https://www.companieshouse.gov.uk will give you 3's registered head office, legal notices/documents/notice/complaints always have to go to the companies registered address
    SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)

    Given another 4 months or so, to sort this out.
    Have recently lodged a claim against them at their registered address... Lets see what happens!

    I have occured exactly the same situation as the person above. The company is not answering emails or letters. At the moment I will be trying to send the last letter to Glasgow, and after i will be taking it to the financial ombdusman. I am really frustrated of the customer service I received. There was no help whatsoever and they do not care about their customers at all. As long as you agreed to contract that is all what they want. Finito, forget as therefore after. This is worse than ryanair.... I would not suggest getting into contract with the company. I finished the contract within the 14 days period and after I paid for the charges, they were still there on my account. I realised only when the credit report was issued and many banks declined my applications for the account opening. This is unforgivable. However, hopefully, I am gonna get help from the financial ombdusman, and i will let you know the result. Good luck dealing with them. Just do not give, we can do it!

    Whislt it's resurecting an old thread forget trying to send things to there legal department. You need to address it to the registered office. Any other address may not be valid if it came to court

    Financial Ombudsman is the wrong route. They have no jurisdiction in this matter, and will tell you so. Write to the Registered Office, be concise, and keep us posted!
