move slightly beacuse I stopped screwing in after I noticed the splits
I payed using PayPal is there anything that they will do to help me
I heard back from the store who said it’s not an issue and it’s probably my fault and that I’ve over tighten them which is false I’ve built plenary of flat pack furniture and this has never happened
in addition I’ve bought different furniture from this store in the past and it’s been decent quality for the price paid however with this item I do not feel this is the case0 -
Raise a PayPal dispute, put the drawer unit to one side and be prepared to return it if the dispute ends in your favour.0
