Success!!
I've been very happily allied to EE for donkey's years. So when they put my broadband charge up to £28 I thought to swap. I consulted MSE and read about the value of haggling.
And that's just what I did this morning - and got my bill down to its last year's rate of £19! No fuss. No argument. Sorted!
Thank you Martin Lewis and your hardworking team. It's nice to know someone genuinely wants to help those of us not in the know.
