Can 118 118 do this legally? They’re attempting to take TWO payments in ONE month

And the OP's choice of delaying the payment until the 7th, would technically result in getting a month off. As they'll get paid twice with no intervening payment to 118118.

I think they got caught out up on "but it's in the same month".
