How do you know for sure that the court claim was addressed correctly, given CEL won't have supplied a copy? This was why the advice was to ask the CCBC.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The address on all correspondent that the civil enforcement sent are our address but we never received them. This included the courts letters.That's going to be difficult to argue, that all letters in this case, each correctly addressed, were never received. Do you have post delivery problems that you could evidence?

Not that I'm wear of ant postal issue we get post but not this and for a we know they could of re printed the letter now with the correct address. We will contact the ccbc.
