This is to do with a parking invoice but he has had no letters to say this is going to court or anything other than a letter from the parking company to which he responded go to say that he get free parking as a member if puregym. What an he do now and how can they just by pass the letter to inform him that they are taking this go court?

A 'letter from the courts' eh?
    Please tell us more.

Has your partner perhaps received a County Court Claim Form?
If so, please tell us the Issue Date on it.

If you partner has received something else, can you please tell us exactly what has been received?

    Who is the Claimant?

He only every received a letter from the parking company to which he replied to start that at the time if parking he was using the purgym which he is a member of an you get free parking. He never had a reply or any court letters to be able to fight this and now he has just rung the court to be told he has a ccj and a fine to pay?

He needs to call the CCBC again and ask where (which address) the claim form was posted to, and ask for the exact date of judgment and a copy of the Particulars of Claim.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So he contacted by post the civil enforcement company asking for all records help and they have final after a week sent everything. We did not receive any of these letters as we would of responded as I have in a previous case. Can we ask for proof of postage as how can you prove you never received the letters or the court letter he has not had the case to fight this it's very unfair .

    But the suggestion was...
He needs to call the CCBC again and ask where (which address) the claim form was posted to, and ask for the exact date of judgment and a copy of the Particulars of Claim.
You, or rather, the Defendant, needs to know where the Claim Form was sent and why the Defendant didn't receive it.
