Refund from Wizz Air

I was wondering if anyone has been able to get an actual cash refund from Wizz Air due to their flight being cancelled? 

My flight to Tenerife was cancelled a couple of weeks ago but when I go to my account the only option I get is to claim Wizz Air credits. When I have looked into getting my money back their website claims I needs to phone a premium rate number - which I can't afford to do. 

I have read that you can claim the Wizz Air credits refund then request your money back, but wanted to check this is actually possible before I do it.

To make things a bit more complicated I paid for part of the flight in credits (which I am aware I cannot get back as cash) as they cancelled my flight last year too and I made the mistake of getting the 120% credits rather than the money back. 

Any help or advice would be much appreciated, thank you.

    They have a "national/local" number, which is the same price as 01xxx and 02xxx numbers in UK: 0330 977 0444
