When I log into the Horizon website though there is only the option to "submit representation" but nothing that gives the option to appeal?

Easy tiger, when I've appealed tickets before the appeal process isn't normally labelled as "submit representation" so I'm merely trying to be sure. Thanks for clarifying though.

You might get a response if you send a PM (use the envelope symbol at top of the page on the right) to @cheltenham_ross who hasn't been on the forum since November last year.
