Bulb DD notice reducing from 10 to 5 working days

    Thank you for all your thoughts.

    I reduced the DD from £125 to £80 the last couple of months on the App as my usage drops considerably in spring/summer. I build up enough credit in the warmer months to usually see me through winter months but with the next increase looming I know I will need to pay more.  My units over a year for the last 5 years has remained more or less the same.   

    I will look into paying Bulb on receipt of bill, at least I can stash the little bit of the interest myself over the months.

    I am all electric no mains gas in the estate. E7 heating and therefore limited to suppliers.  I sometimes use a portable gas heater, a 13kg butane lasts me a couple of years.
