“Thanks” on profile not working

Been like this for a few weeks now… if I load up my profile and click the thanks button (I.e. to see which of my posts have been thanked and by whom etc) I just get this error message

Don’t think they’re doing that any more? Think they’ve cut back on the extras?

I think you have to hover over the thanks on your post to see who has done it.

It works sometimes - and then goes - and then comes back again. No rhyme or reason to it as far as I can see. Mine wasn't there for a week or two, then re-appeared again yesterday. Likely not one of their high priorities

...but, if there has been more than 10 thanks, it only shows the latest 10.

The op isn’t talking about the individual thanks on a public post -
but the thanks summary shown in each of our profile pages.

Mine works now ... but for a long time I used to get the same as the OP shows.

Yes, we have also noticed that this particular function can be intermittent. It's irritating, but as @cymruchris suggests, there are other things higher up the priority list to deal with at present.

Out of interest, what are the higher priority items as regards getting a forum that works decently?

Please let us know if you see this issue again, as (touch wood) it may have been resolved in the latest software release.
