Economy 7 hours - does anybody actually know for sure??

I live near Canterbury in Kent. I have an Economy 7 smart meter which was installed by E.D.F. about four years ago. I am currently ( reluctantly ) with Shell Energy. I wanted to find out exactly what hours were covered by the night rate. Shell Energy's website could only tell me that the hours were 'usually' between x and…
