Ah... so you also said there was a NTK in March, but it was never received. OK so this will be the same as any non-POFA defence if a claim arrives.

To find examples, search the forum for:

Highview POFA defence true

but amend the search from 'best match' (which it never is!) to 'newest'.

@Coupon-mad can't seem to find the thread you referred to with "Highview POFA defence true" (even after adjusting the filter). 

Update: Today I recieved a LoC from BW Legal exaggerating the cost to £265 . As per newbies thread I ignore their forms and responded to them via email denying debt and to put the case on hold for 30 days as per PAP for debt claims 2017. Anything else I should do at this point?

Complain to the landowner and your MP and send an SAR if you have not already done this.
