Yes it does and I have already done that. Haven't found them much help to be honest.

I have not used one of those, but it does sound like a long button press for 30 seconds gets it going, but I get the impression that the problem recurs.

Returning it after a year is tricky. 

It's less than 12 months old. Think it was bought in September last year.

Where’s it from?

Had to check my emails it was Amazon.

Bought from Amazon, or marketplace?

Seems to be Amazon UK. I can't see a third party on the invoice.

They may refund you. No harm in asking.

There’s a consumer board on the forum, and they can tell you what your rights are.
