  • Hopefully I can suggedst an alternative.

search rightmove for suitable property. find the ones that have interior pictures suggesting an empty BTL.

Research what they paid for it and go from there.

My guess is a person who entered a BTL in te last 18 months and is now keen to sell will accept a reasonablefigure to be able to get out with their originnal stake intact.... you never know

    WOW a sensible suggestion !!!!

I was trying to be sarcastic, but I think I failed miserably! I appreciate that the request styems from a genuine desire to buy a home at a decent price, but bear in mind that behind each repossession is a tale of misery. That is why I find this type of thread to be in very bad taste.

Yeah its not nice to lose a home, but then again its not nice being pushed away!!

Afterall all homes are for living in!!!!

Anyway i want my 'thanks' back lol

  • We use www.repo-leads.co.uk where you can buy info of people who are due for repossession and therefore buy prior to repossession. We have obtained some very healthy discounts

I suppose it it a sad fact of life and people do get repossessed but surely the more people that hear about it the higher price it is likely to sell for which will reduce the debt to the lender and me better for the borrower

Or is that a really daft comment
    O
