I was trying to be sarcastic, but I think I failed miserably! I appreciate that the request styems from a genuine desire to buy a home at a decent price, but bear in mind that behind each repossession is a tale of misery. That is why I find this type of thread to be in very bad taste.
Yeah its not nice to lose a home, but then again its not nice being pushed away!!
Afterall all homes are for living in!!!!

I suppose it it a sad fact of life and people do get repossessed but surely the more people that hear about it the higher price it is likely to sell for which will reduce the debt to the lender and me better for the borrower
Or is that a really daft commentO0
