Waiting for Wizzair flight cancellation compensation under EU regulation

According to Wizzair website, the ensure you will get an answer within 30 days. I am already waiting for 45 days and so far nothing. Their customer service cost 1.85EUR per minute, and apparently their are useless. Has anybody experienced anything similar with Wizzair? any advice on how to resolve this?Thanks,

Yes, at the time of posting, a significant number of the other threads on page one of this board relate to similar issues with Wizzair....
