According to CPR 10.3 below, you can just scrape in: -

The period for filing an acknowledgment of service
10.3
(1) The general rule is that the period for filing an acknowledgment of service is—
(a) 14 days after service of the particulars of claim where the defendant is served with a claim form which states that particulars of claim are to follow; and
(b) 14 days after service of the claim form in any other case.

No. Loads of time as you have 19 days to do the AOS, as shown in pictures in the NEWBIES thread.

Then the defence.  By email, by 6th August at the latest (as long as you complete the AOS first)..

But please tell us how many PCNs are on the Particulars of Claim? It does give all the dates, low down on the left.

Ive just looked and its only showing 2 dates 
5-6-21 and 6-6-21

With a Claim Issue Date of 4th July, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely fashion - do it this weekend - you will then have until 4pm on 6th August to file your Defence.

Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute and you only get that time extension if you do the AOS, as the NEWBIES thread shows you.

To find our Template Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.

Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

Do not try to 'Start Defence' via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Leave that alone!  Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'. Defence and the subsequent N180 form (see NEWBIES thread) is done by email.

So i have done the SAR to ukpc and its came back with 15 pcns against the 2 registrations that have been on the car this past 14 months
Also i looked through my rental agreement it states nothing about any parking
I am about to write a letter to the land owners now

It's been mentioned a couple of times now...
Have you yet filed an Acknowledgment of Service?

If you fail to file an Acknowledgment of Service by 4pm on Monday 25th July, then you leave yourself open to a Default Judgment against you if your Defence isn't filed by that date/time.

Thanks guys for your continued support, i just did the AOS now but it was at 4.20!
I havent been on my phone this weekend because my mother just passed away on friday

But it was over ten days ago that it was suggested that it was time for you to file an Acknowledgment of Service.

As this process develops, timings are only going to get more critical.

You might be OK, even though it is outside of office hours (we know CCBC has a black hole after 16.00), check your MCOL status tomorrow and make sure it shows AoS submitted and accepted.
