Hi im knew to this forum and i kniw this might be a strange request but i have read the newbies page an tried to go through this myself but its all gone way over my head (im not very good with this kind of thing)
I was wondering if there is a company or a person that i could seek help from via email of phone to help me get my head around the forms or who would fill them out for me for a price?

My neighbour has complained about the obstruction multiple times to the owners of the car park. To make things easier for him i started to park over my line to give him more space and allow passengers to get out. I still had my permit displayed but started to get tickets. I appealed the first few (with no success) and corrected my parking because they obviously didnt care about logic.
A few months back i lost my permit and have recieved a couple more fines because i havent got another one sorted.
I have now received a ccbc letter awarding the company over £450.
I understand that ignoring the fines and letters may have been a mistake and if i have to settle all the tickets i can but in my opinion i have an allocated space in a gatted carpark and my cars parked there every day for the last 14 months so why do i need a permit issued by a third party to allow me to park at my home and park a certain way or face a charge. Im probabky wrong for thinking like this but i hate the way these companies pray on people to make money0 -
I have now received a ccbc letter awarding the company over £450.Do you mean that? I hope not! A judgment in default due to you not responding to a court claim in May or June that we'd have helped you win?
If it's a judgment in default then you must pay it. Sorry. You can't ignore court claims.
Or is it just a N1 court claim? Easy to defend.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Is there any way that i could contract them and find out how many tickets i have outstanding an squash them all? Or is that a bad idea?0 -
Please tell us the issue date on the claim form.
Start by complaining to the landowner. That is always Plan A, and it is never too late to do it.
Have a look at your lease/AST/property ownership/rental agreement to see what it says about parking, parking companies, PCNs, paying PCNs, and court.
What it doesn't say is just as important.
Send an SAR asap as per the advice in the NEWBIES to the PPC. This should flush out all the PCNs that have been issued against you.
Then read the guide to court written by bargepole that you will find in the second post of the NEWIES sticky Announcement. Fill in the AoS on or as soon after day six from the issue date as possible to give yourself the maximum time to create a defence.
Do not put anything in the MCOL defence box. Absolutely nothing. You will email that in a few weeks time.
To create the defence, use the template in the sticky Announcements. Amend paragraphs 2 and 3 and show them to us before you submit it to the CCBC.
