Flight in may was delayed by 6 hours so I made an official complaint to claim compensation.
All going well I thought- email within a week please provide bank details.
Then NOTHING.
I've managed to speak to them on chat (now thats not easy) and its "waiting authorisation from supervisor"
Had enough now - they're taking the pee. Any idea what my next step would be?
Wizzair - never again!

What is the period in time of "Nothing"?
Given everything going on at the moment I would commend them for the initial response within 7 days. Much better than I would expect.
Make sure to check your Wizzair account to see if a Wizzair credit has been placed there instead.0 -
8th June they replied agreeing to pay and asking for my bank details.
No wizzair credit.
Latest reply from them is there are "technical difficulties" with the refund.0 -
Small claims court time. They have admitted liability so using court should focus minds at Wizzair.

My claim for compensation has been accepted and Wizzair says payment has been "initiated" and will take multiple Working days to be credited.
It is now 7 days and counting.0 -
Did you ever get a resolution to this and if not how have you escalated it? I've had a Wizzair compensation payment promised 3 times now since they accepted liability in mid July for a delayed flight in early June, each time they say 15-20 working days to process the payment, each time nothing gets paid.
I now want to escalate it to the AviationADR but trying to submit a claim on their website it seems this situation falls between the gaps somewhat because their web form that works out if you're eligible to make a complaint will only let you proceed with disputes that have been rejected by the airline. My Excel Mortgage Calculator Spreadsheet: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=11571730
