Singapore Airlines cancellation

Our flight booked in May ahead for November UK to NZ has disappeared from the published schedule and no notification advised. They say by email all is as planned, but friends say they had same problem & were forced to rebook alternative at much higher cost with no transfer offer or compensation

Have you checked your spam email folder?
Also check your flights under Manage My. Booking. That will show current flights booked.

I had an email from SQ last week for a flight change. Very apologetic as well. Turns out the flight from SIN leaves 10 minutes later than originally scheduled but now arrives 5 minutes earlier than scheduled.  A click button on the email to accept the change or instruction to call SQ if it did not suit.

I had an e-mail from SQ yesterday informing me of a flight cancellation from the U.K.. I phoned them and it was very easy to sort out on the phone, it took about 10 minutes waiting time which is not too bad at all.
