Good, just like the rest of us. Read the newbies thread, the 5th sticky post - and then read it again a few times
The first 7 posts in this forum are sticky, they remain fixed at the top 7 lines. They all have a bold red “Announcement” tag. They are there and flagged for a reason.
Please don't skip past the sticky posts, they are there to head off the same questions being asked numerous times a day - and yet every day people drive straight into this forum, fail to read the terms and conditions and then get uppy when someone says read the NEWBIES THREAD.
Sorry but it's errors like that which brought you here in the first place.
It’s not right, it’s not fair - you are being scammed and we will be totally on your side. You can fight back and win, but there simply isn’t the capacity to spoon feed you and everyone else through the first baby steps - breathe, don’t panic, start reading - and then do the Robert The Bruce - "If at first you don't succeed try, try again". That is (you didn’t understand it, I didn’t either) so read it again and keep doing so until you do.
This forum moves very fast, your post could disappear to page 3 or 4 within a day or 2. My current case is down on page 17 this evening. Perhaps compare and contrast? I had read the newbies and only sought reassurance before filing my son’s defence. Confidence levels are now very high.
The artillery here is reserved for the Court stage.

I will try and find out who the landowner is somehow!SOME IDEAS ON DETERMINING WHO OWNS THE LAND1. Google searches2. If a retail park, check on any signage which lists the on-site outlets3. Ask retailers on the site if there is a managing agent4. Ask retailers on the site to whom do they pay rent5. Contact the local authority and ask who pays the non-domestic/business rate for the car park (some councils have a spreadsheet on their website)6. Contact the local Valuation Office and ask if they know. They often have a website which might provide the information7. Contact The Land Registry and for around £3 they should be able to provide definitive detail8. If you haven't already done so, give us the name of the car park/site/location, we may have seen other cases there. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hi, Not sure if this is being friendly or not as I cant find the information that you are referring to?
You already confirmed that you knew where to find the stickies in any forum and that you understood the importance of reading them before posting anything as part of the basic board-use info given to you on signup.
Its not a matter of being "friendly" or not - This is one of the better boards for helping/informing new posters and as a result, no new poster who has halfway engaged with the board should ever need to ask this question!
