Hi everyone,
Can anyone tell me how long you have to wait after an expired broadband contract before you can be considered a "new customer" to take up a new contract and take advantage of offers that say new customers only

Usually 12 months - but most people would look to "negotiate" renewal terms as close to the new customer offers as possible (or even better!)pennysure said:Hi everyone,Can anyone tell me how long you have to wait after an expired broadband contract before you can be considered a "new customer" to take up a new contract and take advantage of offers that say new customers onlyCheers DJ1
