Ryan Air flight rebate lies

We returned from Pisa Airport Sunday 3rd July. Flight was scheduled to depart at 22:40 hrs. At 03:41hrs we were still on the parking place where we embarked, which is 5hrs and one minute after flight was due to depart. I have a photo taken at this precise time showing flight deck door open, a passenger out of his seat and a steward standing close to him. We actually taxied to runway a few minutes after this. Ryan Air states that a delay longer than 5 hours there is a full refund. Now here is the lie, Ryan Air claim that it was only 4hrs57minutes, hence no full refund which is not right.
We have put a claim in with Resolver which you recommend, but expect nothing as they have put this time statement out which is wrong 😡 there should be a refund in full.

Can I have your views on this please

But 'delay' is based on arrival time - there's many a time I've departed more than 3hrs late and arrived only less than 2hrs late
And as for Resolver you've certainly wasted your time there with Ryanair0 -
Ryanair offer a flight refund or reroute if your flight is delayed more than 5 hours. This doesn't mean you can still choose to fly AND get a refund. Are you sure you have claimed for the right thing? You may be entitled to compensation for your delay even if less than 5 hours based on the circumstances.0

It sounds as if you took the flight, so I'm not sure the Ryanair 5 hour policy is relevant anyway? I read it as if a flight is delayed by 5 hours you have the option to reroute or cancel for a refund. I don't read that as travel AND get a refund?
According to Flightradar24 FR5625 on 03/07 landed at 0506 (scheduled arrival time of 0005). So it landed 5 hours 1 minute late.
Have you considered EC/UK261 may entitle you to £220 compensation after a delay of 3 hours? (if the delay was not exceptional circumstances outside of Ryanair's control) It's certainly hard for them to deny it was 3 hours late!
Personally think resolver is a waste, it does nothing you can't do.0 -
Checked the flight details (Pisa - Manchester, 3/7/22, FR5625), was due in at 00:05, landed 05:03. So Ryanair correct, the delay was less than 5 hours...just.0

Your post title is misleading.
You have misunderstood what you think you read on the RyanAir website.0
