Opinions on my defence

No its not prominent at all - it is timestamped but i cropped it out just in case.Agree that the sign is rubbish, but what i am worried about is the fact that I included a mistake in my Defence, and could/will that be used against me unless I correct it in some way?

No, just leave it behind completely. Ignore that part of your defence.
Use the example WS bundle by @aphex007 as your basis to copy from, to see how to set the bundle out.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am just about to submit my WS today, but since I still don't know the hearing date, i will need to leave it as XX/XX/XXXX in the document - is this ok/normal?

A big thank you to everyone who helped out on this thread, UKPC/DCBL have bottled it and it wont be going to court! It is a bit of a shame but I kind of expected that to be the caseI just hope it has cost them something to open the claim and close it again! Thanks again, and If anyone has any trouble with UKPC at the Metrocentre in the near future, please feel free to use my Witness Statement as a template.Cheers!c83

ANOTHER DISCONTINUANCE!
Calling @UmkomaasANOTHER UKPC ONE BITES THE DUST!
And we sincerely hope that you are au fait with the need to respond to the final Government Public Consultation?
Hopefully - amongst all the political disruption - it will be open later this year.
We all need to ram the nail in the coffin of the false £70 'DRA fee' add-on, that actually funds the court claim and toxic CCJ culture, as well as the DRA gaslighting of people.
Just checking you are among those ready to respond to the questions as you have personal experience of how this crap feels?
Please come back here when it opens, and you can make sure you don't miss the Consultation:
If you are not a regular reader, to be alerted you'll need to bookmark the thread by MSE_JC at the top of the forum and enable (on your profile) email alerts for bookmarked threads.
Then join us when the Consultation opens.
Sorry if you knew all this already - I had no time to check back through the thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
