Waitrose sent me personalised money-off paper vouchers tailored to my spending in-store, at the same time as introducing the App which will put these discounts on your mobile.  Since then, they haven't sent any paper vouchers at all.  I don't have a mobile phone, so now I'm going to miss out on the discounts.  I've contacted customer services to see if they will repeat the paper vouchers, but don't get a satisfactory answer.  So no mobile phone, no discounts.  I think they should  cater for all their customers, not discriminate in this way.

I haven't received paper vouchers for a few months - but do use the 'My Waitrose' loyalty vouchers - you don't need a mobile phone for those though, you can find them on your internet browser. I get 2 x vouchers weekly off regularly purchased items usually for about a £1 or £1.50. They occasionally offer £5 off a balsamic vinegar.

If you mean the old save £X when you spend £XXX style vouchers I haven't seen those since the last paper vouchers, and I have a mobile phone.

So if you mean the money off your regular shopping - you can access the vouchers on your browser, and if you mean the £X off £XXX spend - I haven't had them either, so it's likely they've either stopped issuing them - or it's only to select customers to encourage more spend if they're dropping down their weekly shop to save money.

Access them on your browser - log into your mywaitrose account and print the vouchers off at home

I have not received any paper Waitrose vouchers since last year, but they send weekly ones in app and via email that you get to choose which ones you want. If you desire you can choose the vouchers on their website, then print them off and take them to the store.

The other thing to consider is that it is going to be increasingly difficult to function in life without a mobile phone, so now may be the time to bite the bullet and move into the semi-modern world.

From the FAQ on the My Waitrose vouchers:-

I don't have a phone or a printer, how can I redeem a voucher in store?

If you do not have access to a mobile device or printer, you can write down the voucher code and show it to a Partner to apply at a checkout till.

Even if the boutique shop W8r$ sent me vouchers of £10 off, I cannot afford their prices! Jersey Royals last week were £2 for 500g. I got the same for £0.59!
I work from home so my cat can be fed on demand!

I'm not playing any 'discrimination' card.  I have every right to challenge their system that is not inclusive.

as you post on an online forum from an internet enabled device.
Also posters have explained there are offline alternatives you didn't bother to check on .

So as you’re able to post on this forum you can also check the offers in your ‘mywaitrose’ section on the website. Have you looked there before going on about a system that isn’t inclusive? Or did you just not know that was where you now find your money off vouchers?

I have looked of course, before posting and the only way I could do it as far as I can see is to take my laptop to the checkout.  That's not a good look.  I thanked the person who posted I could copy the numbers of the offers and take it in.
I don't think you all understand what it's increasingly like for people without a mobile phone.
