Hi all,
hope you’ve been keeping well - looks like this one’s resurfaced and I’ve had a response from Gladstones from the email I sent back in July
Is it a normal response to get seeing as the email I sent to them was a response to an LBC? Surely if they wanted to take me to court they would just do it? But then again on the other hand I’ve seen an influx of people being taken to court by PS24 recently!
They attached a copy of the SAR to their email as “evidence” - still no copy of the NTD, only the sticker on the car window!
