A word of warning....
I called at Tesco to replace a couple of sim-free mobile phones with the Samsung A13's midweek only to find they were out-of-stock??.
A13 were reasonably priced at £119 at that time
However the staff in branch explained A13's had been withdrawn due to a problem with their bar-coding . I'd have to wait until weekend when they may get more stock.
It was a country-wide problem with A13's not just local.
Whilst the staff admitted they did carry some A13 stock, they could not release it, there would be no valid warranty; & tills were now programmed not to accept the incorrect bar codes.
Sim-free A13's are now back online at Tesco Mobile today (Friday) BUT AT £179.99 !!! that's a £60 (50%) increase in 2 days.
(I've requested my PAC codes!)

Sadly they do not have to honour prices is genuine mistake.
They do still honour double the difference, so never tell the till operator and head off to customer services.
Your experience demonstrates that REPUTATION = EXPECTATION, do what you say you are going to do.1 -
I purchased new A13's online (via Tesco's own eBay!) at 139.99 & been very happy with them.
Since then the price has come down instore to £129.99 - same as everywhere else.0 -
amazon £129.001
