EasyJet flight cancelled overnight

myself, partner and 2 infants travelling from Rhodes to Bristol. Flight scheduled for 1900. At 1930 Informed of 45 min delay. At 2200 informed it was delayed for 26 hours.

Would we be entitled to compensation? We were put up in a hotel but we never got food vouchers etc

    You can claim reasonable expenses.

If you are entitled to compensation depends on if the airline was responsible for the delay.

It was due to a sensor going on the plane

Claim for your reasonable out of pocket overseas costs if the airline at the time did not provide hotel/meals.

Claim for the delay if you feel it was a technical issue and compensation justifiable.  Others might view as better to wait and fly on an airworthy aircraft.
