120 will be 3.7%StayinAlive said:NameWithheld said:Oak North have moved at last. Existing 90 day accounts going to 3.65% from May 1st
I got the email as well but no mention of the other accounts. So, in theory my 90 day will be higher than my 120 day!0 -
BLME and OakN both now 3.65% for 90 day acc. Have the OakN 90d which expires tomorrow. Have opened the BLME acc ready to use. Is there a preference for one or other on this BB - anything useful to know?? Any info appreciated.1

I've not held a Notice account with OakNorth but I have had a number of fixed rate accounts with them in recent years and never had an issue so they would be the one I'd choose, personally. I guess the only issue with choosing OakNorth is that you'll have to wait 3 weeks for their rate rise to kick in.Burcot said:BLME and OakN both now 3.65% for 90 day acc. I notice that the BLME notice account has no online access - does that mean you can't even check the balance via online banking ?

refluxer. That is a good point regarding online access to balance info. Will try and check. Thank you.0

I have the BLME notice account. No you can’t check your balance online. Though you can request a statement via email and they usually respond without any problems. I also have oak north which I do like. Their app is very simple to use. Oak North were slow to raise rates recently which is my only concern with them, whereas BLME have raised their rates many times.. BLME only pay interest quarterly instead of monthly. But on the whole, I’ve been very happy with both of them.refluxer said:

and Cynergy 95d is 3.6% now. Not waiting until 1/5/23 like OakN. Thanks guys.
CHIPS seems the best interest rate for easy access - 3.5% I have the safe max in that. Are there other easy access accounts that people have spotted with similar rates?2 -
Investec 90 days now 3.71% min £50005

Moneyfacts is usually up to date on the best easy access rates. https://moneyfactscompare.co.uk/savings-accounts/easy-access-savings-accounts/?quick-links-first=falseBurcot said:and Cynergy 95d is 3.6% now. Not waiting until 1/5/23 like OakN. Thanks guys.

Thanks for the heads up. I just checked my Investec 90/day ac and it’s gone up from 3.55 to 3.65, so I assume the 3,71 is for new accounts. I’ve not had an email yet though.Minty33 said:Investec 90 days now 3.71% min £50000 -
3.65% is the 'gross' rate - since it pays monthly, it compounds up to 3.71% AER (I believe they used to show the old rate, when you're logged into the account, as "3.49%" - I can remember thinking "hey, have they cut the rate?".SuzzleBumpkin said:
