HSBC Online Bonus Saver
A bit of an oddball, an easy access account that could be treated as a 30/31 (or max 62, and 28/29 in February) days notice account for between £1 and £10,000. 3% AER.
You could withdraw your balance on the 1st of a month and still get the 3% AER for the previous month. Then leave the account empty until the 1st of the next month etc etc.
Perhaps it would also be possible to close the account on the 1st of a month, and then open one again at a later stage. Closing an HSBC savings account can be requested by chat, and the closure takes place overnight. I have closed a redundant HSBC savings account the other day, it was quite quick and painless.
You must have an existing HSBC current or savings account; opening the bonus saver account online just takes seconds. Faster payments into and out of the bonus saver account directly.

I seem to be a jinx (to myself!) .... OakNorth email received today increasing their 90 Day notice account to 2.90% on 1st Nov --- applied automatically to existing account (Issue 20)1

It’s so funny.🤣 Less than 24 hours after I opened a new account and transferred most funds across to it (2.4% to 2.7%) they up the rate across all accounts. So I will now have two accounts at 2.9% I guess. 😁 And I still get the higher rate (2.7%) between now and November 1st, so not a wasted effort.I like OakNorth. It’s like having a bank account with a sense of humour.2

Is 0.15% over EA rates enough to make me cancel my notice? Probably not .... I'm hoping to jump to a fix by the time the OakNorth pays out.

They're getting more efficient as well, just one email applying to all my 90 day accounts.
