Shawbrooke have increased their 120 day notice account to 2.06%. The good thing about this is that they have. Increased all previous issues of this account to the same rate0

I can confirm that if you open the Oak North notice account and give notice, then the amount you specify will be withdrawn to your nominated account on the notice date. If you then add more funds at a later date "a la Zopa", your notice period starts again, ie you have to give notice again.0

With Oak North, after I gave notice on my full amount, I then had to give notice for each amount of interest they paid each month. Do other banks do that?3

Zopa doesn't, don't know about others. But at the moment their rates are lagging behind, so if they don't keep up, I'll soon be looking elsewhere.0

Have opened the ZOPA boosted savings with 1.6% interest rate - it has a 31 day notice period. I put in a lot more than £50k into it.
I have since noticed the account if for £1 to £50k. I have tried a number of times to contact ZOPA to clarify if my money over £50k will get the 1.6% interest. I have not been able to get through and no email option to answer the direct question. If I do not receive the 1.6% for money over £50 I will move the excess to another account. Can anyone help with this please?0 -
