  • Don't know if this has been mentioned in this thread and I can't see it in the T&C's but, in respect of the OakNorth notice accounts, does anyone know if/how it is possible to rescind a withdrawal request once made (not that I'm currently planning to)?

If you've got two different issues of the account, moving all the money from one to the other will rescind the withdrawal request on that money

@Expotter Nobody else seems to have said owt - but your list is correct: Oaknorth dropped their 2.31% back to 2.26% again... it may have been a mistake but they're honouring mine after I queried it... if I cba to open another ac.

They are different issues. The 2.31% available yesterday was issue 22. That was pulled today and replaced by issue 23 @ 2.26%

I curious as to why they bothered with issue 22 for one day only. It can't have pulled much new money in, especially given the nature of that day's breaking news which would have distracted people.

Anyway, I managed to open issue 22 early on Friday before they pulled it. But it wasn't new money - just moved from an earlier issue.
  • Al Rayan have got in on the notice accounts, with a 120 day one at 2.4%.  It's not quite table topping but has a lower minimum deposit than the BLME one (only £2.5k needed instead of £10k).  Also monthly interest instead of quarterly.

Just had notification that Investec 90 Day Notice increasing from 2.08% to 2.33%
  •   I also opened an OakNorth account at 2.31%. Seems strange to withdraw it when Investec has gone the other way, increasing interest to 2.33%. 2.26% doesn’t seem that competitive to me, and I wouldn’t  have got the account. I’m going to wait until after 22nd to see what other products pop up before I choose another one. I also got a BLME account at 2.52%.
  • I’ve just opened a BLME 90 day notice account, which I’ve only topped up to the minimum deposit level today. They’ve not given me any details so far about an online platform where I can view my account. Do they have one?
  • No BLME doesn't offer online account enquiries
