Vodafone £205 deal put offs

I am put off this deal when I saw this
Important! You will receive your voucher claim email 120 days after your activation date. You will then have 90 days to claim it.
4 months before I am claim by which time I will have spent £88 with them and then have to argue if they did not apply it.
I hear so many complain about these deals not registering properly and there are already several on this forum with issues with this deal.
Then there is the speed, I have previously had 35mb on speedtest dot net, but the most it will guarantee is 27mb and if you choose 65mb it still expects you to pay the higher amount but says it will not be able to provide it until some unknown date in the future.
Then there is inflation, is Vodafone one of those companies that adds inflation + x because this is a two year contract and I don't fancy a 15% increase in March each year considering energy and cost of living crisis.
I did go through the sign up process and there is nothing in the basket to show the £205 deal has been accepted.
So I am afraid that is a NO. If it has been an account credit within 30 days and it had confirmed the deal had been accepted then I might have continued.

Are you in a Full Fibre area? There are broadband suppliers who offer shorter contracts and fixed prices if you are.LeesArt said:I am put off this deal when I saw thisImportant! You will receive your voucher claim email 120 days after your activation date. You will then have 90 days to claim it.

Otherwise, you could try 4G wireless broadband (using a Mifi device, or putting the SIM into a 4G Home Router) which again offers shorter contracts.
