That's how it looks. Service was good, and you can spec it up online. They wouldn't move on price but we negotiated the extra keys instead which is handy as think they're expensive to get cut
we love the thumb turn lock, we do have a concealed police approved keybsafe tucked away out of view though as everyone said you'd lock yourself out all the time but never had to use it!0 -
I found my supplier (Woodworks in London) via Walthamstow Recommends on FB. Your best bet is to find a local independent company who's recommended by friends and neighbours (or a local Facebook page if you have one) - they have far more to lose by ripping you off than the big boys do.0
