Ryanair Charge Back
Comments

You owe the money - it sounds like you weren't entitled to a refund but took one anyway via chargeback.
There's no way to tie a 'live' booking in to old debt; it'll be during processing later that the bookings will have been matched up and the amount deducted.
You owe it, they've taken it, either pay up or lose your new flights.

You owe the money and it will need to be paid or you won't fly under section 13.4 of the terms and conditions you confirmed you'd read and agreed to when making your booking. Ryanair's terms and conditions are clearly available on their website and include their policies, including that of debts from prior chargebacks.
You are lucky that Ryanair are not seeking additional expenses related to your chargeback.💙💛 💔0 -
Is there any evidence of such an approach being adopted by Ryanair or other airlines in these circumstances, i.e. are you suggesting that OP is lucky because other customers have been pursued or simply that it's theoretically possible?CKhalvashi said:You are lucky that Ryanair are not seeking additional expenses related to your chargeback.0 -
I thought there was some rule, not sure if it is law, that certain items have to be made clear rather than buried in pages of T&Cs.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I believe it's at this stage theoretical.eskbanker said:

From the exact wording, it would appear that Ryanair could reasonably ask this. The direct cost of this (although heavily contract specific) is about £20.
